Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Once an order is placed we will start making it straight away, it will be dispatched within 4 days and you will be notified when your item is on its way.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers.
What is your return policy?
Beds made to customers specific dimensions can not be returned.
We make our beds to order, after delivery refunds and exchanges can only be made if the bed is deemed faulty.
We thoroughly check each order before it is dispatched and package it appropriately. Upon receiving your bed if there are any issues you must contact us within 48 hours. The bed will have to be returned to us and you are responsible for its return, it must be as well packaged and protected as it was originally sent. We can only inspect and resolve your claims once we receive the item back.
We advise the item sent via recorded delivery as we will not be liable for any items returned which are then lost in transit.
Do you deliver outside of UK Mainland?
If you require delivery outside of UK Mainland send us a message on our contact page with your desired delivery location, we will then reply with availability and a quote if we are able to do so.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not currently offer international Shipping.
